When there’s a Tornado but you’re in the middle of a game of Fortnite

As a tornado swept through Greensboro North Carolina this past Sunday, one teen admitted that he was in the middle of an intense Fornite battle royale and wanted to try and finish as he was in the top as Anton Williams describes the powerful twister.

“I was sitting at home and I was playing Fortnite, and all of sudden, I hear a bunch of noise. I look out the window and I started seeing the roof come off the houses in front of me,” Williams told WXII 12 on Monday. “I sit back down because I only have a couple people left in my game, and I was going to try to finish it. But then it started getting worse and I started to see the power lines come down, so I told my sister and my nephew to come to the bathroom.”

I want to show some love to that kid who was playing Fortnite when the Tornado hit his house in Greensboro. Got his family to safety and still got a Top 12. A real hero.

Anton Williams despite wanting to continue his game in seek of winning a Victory Royale, brought his family to safety and once the storm subsided went outside to check on the condition of his neighbours and everyone was ok.
